A BIG 'THANK YOU' TO ALL! :)
The New Year has arrived and I'm looking forward to the challenges that awaits for me ahead. Indeed, Year 2010 has been full of ups and downs for me and mine emotions were unstable during the month of April-May/December 2010. Nevertheless, I'm glad to have friends/buddies/brothers giving me their support during those times, when I felt helpless. Therefore, this blog post is dedicated to all of you out there.
KESHIA
Two years has passed since we met each other and became friends. I still remembered that we met each other at the bus-stop through Haslinda. You have been a really good friend and a great listener. When I needed help with mine school work, you extended your help to me without asking for anything in return. When I needed someone to confide to, you were there to listen to my grievances. I don't know how am I going to 'Thank You' for all the things that you had done for me. I know that just a word 'THANK YOU' is not enough for all the things you had done for me. But, whatever things that I typed here comes from the bottom of my heart.
In this upcoming year, I wish you all the best in your studies, stay healthy and get your driving license fast! :) We should go out more often as well and I realized that is so hard to ask you out even for study date! Hahas! :P
HASLINDA
It has been two years since we met each other and became bestfriends. I still remembered that we first met at NYP during personal development module. You are kind of quiet and shy throughout the whole of personal development module until I went up and talked to you and your group of girlfriends. That was when we started to talk to each other more often and eventually became bestfriends. There wasn't anything that I can't tell you at all. In fact, I'm so glad that we both have been extending our hands to help each other throughout our years in NYP especially when either of us are facing difficulties in our studies/personal problems. I hope that we will continue doing that for the rest of our journey in NYP, as well as, after we graduated from NYP too!
Throughout this Year 2011, I wish you all the best in your studies, stay in the pink of health and last long with your boyfriend! :) We should go out more often as well, and is easier to date you out as compared to Keshia! :D
CLAUDINE
Time flies and it has been four years since we knew each other! The first time we got to know each other was through web messenger/chatroom and you were bombing me with questions till I could even hardly get a chance to reply to every single of your questions. You are really a nice and cute girl and as time flies, we grew closer and closer to each other. There was practically nothing that holds me back from telling you every single problems that I had. You are just like a sister to me you know?! I'm so glad that I have met you, and you are just like part and parcel of my daily life!~ When you are having problems, I'm glad that I was there for you! :)
In this upcoming year, I wish you all the best for your 'O' Levels results and get into the desired course that you want and study hard in which ever school you enrolled into. We will meet up again during my long term break! :)
EVANGELINE
Big sister! I believed that it was fate that brought us together and got to know each other in NYP. Indeed, it was coincidence that we were born in the same year and even shared the same birthday. The first time that we got to really interact was during personal development module. I missed the times that we would talked over the phone in the night and pouring our woes out to each other making us feel so much better. But, ever since you went into a relationship, I sensed that we are drifitng further apart. Can we talk over the phone more often? :( Whatever it is, I wish you all the best in your studies and last long with you boyfriend as well! :)
MARK SNG
Having been your disciple for six years, I felt honoured. We first met each other in St Andrew's Secondary School during an interview with you for conducting an evaluation on my emotional intelligience report. I still recalled vividly that you were amazed what the report reflected about me. From that point of time, you started giving me training to become a professional student counsellor. You taught me lots of things, hoping in return that I could help others as well. That marks the turning point in my entire journey throughout mine life. Indeed, I've extended my help to many others throughout the years and believed that those who have received my help over the years will benefit from what advices I've installed for them.
In addition to that, I'm grateful to you for the things you had done for me during my last December holidays. You knew that I was feeling emotional during that period of time and even rushed down to meet me and helped me with that problem. I'm glad that you were there for me at times like this and even guided me along so that I will know how to deal with situations like this in the future. I just want you to know that I've never regretted knowing you and would like to help you to complete writing your book which is currently in progress now.
SAOBA RUGBY
There's just too many of you to say a big 'Thank You' to! So, not to leave anyone out, this is going out to all of you out there! It has been almost three years since I graduated from St Andrew's Secondary School and went over to join you guys in the SAOBA RUGBY TEAM. Throughout the years with you guys, I've learnt quite a lot of things from you people. You ruggers never ever leave me out in any of the events that you people had planned. You ruggers took really great care of me and even gave me all the support in whatever things that I do, and never fail to make me laugh when I was feeling down. Each time you people scolded me, I knew it was for my own good. There was nothing much to ask for from you people. A BIG 'THANK YOU' to all of you!
In the coming year ahead, I'm looking forward to playing side-by-side with you people in the Jim Weir Cup 2011 which is just round the corner, and getting myself more involved in the Singapore Rugby Conference Cup 2011/2012, as well as, the SAOBA gatherings.
SAS 5N1'08 BROTHERS
A great bunch of brothers that I've never regretted becoming acquaintances with in mine entire life. It has been a good seven years that we all have had known each other for. Life is full of ups and downs and we've been through hurdles after hurdles and come to where we are right now. We laughed, we cried, we shed tears of joy, we knocked it down together as one class. I will never forget the memories we had back in the good old days. I hope to see everyone of us coming together again this year for a gathering just like 'One Family Unbroken'! :)
